The star recently asked the court to cancel the injunction made by his former talent agency Have Fun Together (a.k.a Yespera) to appear on TV shows and continue activities in the entertainment industry. However, the court rejected his request on September 27th reaffirming that he is legally no longer able to pursue his career in the entertainment industry. Previously, Park Yoo ChunŌĆÖs former label Re: Cielo gave Have Fun Together the exclusive management rights of Park Yoo Chun for four years until 2024. The celebrity had multiple conflicts with Re: Cielo, the entertainment firm that his longtime manager founded, and has also been having legal troubles with his current management agency, Have Fun Together. Previously in February, Have Fun Together claimed for damages as Park Yoo Chun has been promoting activities despite the courtŌĆÖs decision on his broadcasting ban. Re: Cielo has also been seeking damages from the actor and filed a $415,000 lawsuit against him. Meanwhile, the starŌĆÖs new movie On the Edge is set to premiere in October. Source (1)
